Greetings from a new Long Island Member

Hi All,

My name is Jeff Foglietta and I'm excited to have joined this forum. I started this business with my brother and partner, Robert,  only a few months ago. We have just gotten the business foundation set and this past week we have released our first marketing campaign. In short, like many of us out there,  we have yet to do any deals but we are well on our way. We are going to focus initially on wholesaling in order to build capital then pursue rehabbing. I'm looking forward to interacting with many of the members here. There is much to learn in this business and the information on these forums are certain to be invaluable to say the least. I look forward to conversing and possibly working with BP members. All the best!!
