Hello Everyone

My name is Padrake and I have been a REALTOR (R) for about 8 years now. I have been assisting investors throughout my experience to obtain rental properties and flips. 

My ultimate goal is to start educating myself to start flipping myself and to network with as much people that are like minded like myself. I have seen the possible and the impossible and it's time for me to stepup. I am excited about joining Bigger Pockets which has a wide amount of resources, tools and seemingly great people.
