I've been lurking and reading for a while and figured I would join and see a little more.  Former small time investor now a contractor thinking about getting back into it a little bit (hopefully without the same mistakes).  

I also wouldn't mind maybe meeting a few new clients too as I try expanding and growing in both aspects.  Currently in Pasco county but have been all over Hernando, Hillsborough and Pinellas too
