Hi all,

I'm a new investor in the Lansing, MI area that is particularly interested in buy and hold investing.  Have been a licensed Real Estate Agent for about 4 months now and also hold another full time job in the area.  My goal within the next few months is to learn AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.
