Beginner in CT looking to invest with experienced flippers

Hello Everyone,

I am new to this site and just wanted to introduce myself. I live in the New Haven, CT area and my goal is to gain the knowledge and experience needed to successfully flip properties. I have done significant research on the topic (books, articles, etc.) but am not yet in a place where I feel completely comfortable to venture out on my own. 

For my first flip, my goal is to invest together with an experienced local flipper who would be willing to allow me to follow him or her on each stage of the project. This would be a learning experience for me and would give me the confidence and knowledge necessary to undertake future projects by myself.
