Hello All - My name is James and my partner Helen and I are new to the real estate investment business.  We both own our own businesses and have decided to apply our experience and knowledge to this new business, so we've created Land Here Properties to buy, remodel and sell homes.  We're just getting started and we know we have a TON of stuff to learn.  It's great to be part of this community!
