Hello all, just getting around to the member intro. I'm an investor living in the Dayton/Cinci market. I own a few different property types in a few different markets but I primarily focus on SF.

Not so much looking for opportunities but looking for a larger team (Contractors) and network of Investors looking for Cap Rate/Cash-On-Cash return.
