Hello BP community!

My name is Milton Harding. I am a 27 year old family man and nurse from Johnson City NY. I am in the infancy stage of real estate investing. My wife and I are looking forward to learning, and networking as we embark on this journey together. We currently own a single family, 4 bedroom, 2 bath house. We are looking to expand, Goal is to purchase first rental property this March.
