Hello, everyone!  My name is Mary-Ellen. I am looking to invest in real estate again to supplement my eventual retirement.

I owned a three-family home back in the 80's but sold it. After reading the free e-book, I would like to get back into real estate. Knowing what I know now, I would be better prepared for dealing with tenants. Through this site, I am also hoping to be able to find out how to find investment property that requires little or no money down.

Thanks for the website and already teaching me so much! I look forward to learning more and seeing where this takes me.
