hello, my daughter and I are venturing into the exciting world of real estate investing. we are looking for all materials on learning the process.  We both have owned and sold homes and I have rented one of my homes.  our experience is limited to that at this point.  Any encouragement and suggestions are surely welcome!  Thanks for having this site
