Hi all, Stephen Humphrey here wanting to say thanks in advance for welcoming me to the BP club. Brand new to real estate, and have to say the podcast was a major factor in taking that leap.
My wife and I have a house and a decent wage and are doing ok, but would like some passive income to get to the next level. We think a buy and hold will be the way to achieve that.
We're considering a tri or quad, renting our place and moving into one of the units and doing it up and building some sweat equity over a year or two and then "rinse and repeat" as they say.
I dare say I'll be asking a few questions and picking some brains, for which I again thank you in advance.
