Starting the flipping process

Hello my friends,

I am in the beginning stages of flipping houses and want to know what options are out there. I am looking to see what it takes to finding an investor to split the profits at the end. I would do all the leg work in the reno and flipping. Have family in the mortgage and title search and will work with me in this endeavor.

Any help I can get here would be much appreciated.

John

Welcome! I think one of the issues that you may run into is not having experience or being able to translate your current experience into flipping. It is more of a risk to investors to invest when someone doesn't have experience or a proven track record. The best way to over come this is to find a prospective property and show how the numbers work. I ran into this opposition even with a back ground in construction, rentals, and corporate management experience. Good luck!

Oh, and build relationships on BP! It is the best place (virtual or not) to network.
