Hello, My name is Vincent I lived in fresno, ca

I've been investing here since 2002, I've done Multi units from duplex up to 28 units apt complex. I currently investing buy and hold SFH since 2009 and present. My goal is to buy & hold 20 or more SFH both in fresno and domestic locations.
