New member from Arlington, VA

Hey everyone! I'm a new BP user in the Arlington, VA area looking for my first investment property. I'm interested in becoming a buy and hold investor, and would love to connect with fellow investors in my area (perhaps there's a BP real estate club out here in VA?).

I'm fortunate enough to have a W2 job that allows me 4 days off per week, so I would love to spend some time learning from local experts before taking my first plunge.

Any pointers to good property management companies, real estate agents focused with strong investor knowledge, or other resources in my area would be greatly appreciated!
