18 year old who doesn't have the brightest future in school because of recent events. I've always felt like I needed to be free financially in order to actually pursue my artistic dreams. I've found wholesaling as a great way to enter RE & I'm willing to hear everything anyone has to say. From little to a lot of information is fine with me, I haven't gotten my first deal done just to get a basic idea of where I'm at. Im having trouble locating distressed properties through Craigslist & would like at least 3 more efficient ways to get properties besides bandit signs and other basics. I'm new to BiggerPocket & would like to prosper with the information everyone offers. Post below
