Hi, my wife and I live in Salem Oregon.  We started buying single family units in Arizona during the big crash of 2008.  We were lucky enough to acquire 5 units.  We are looking for opportunities to buy and hold more rental property.  I am not set on Arizona, I will look at other markets.  I look forward to meeting you!
