New Member from Bay Area interested in the WA and Oregon markets
Hi everyone, I am a newbie interested in buy-and-hold properties in Washington state and Oregon. I want to invest passively while i maintain my 9-5 job in the Bay Area. My goal is to acquire a portfolio of rental properties in growing metro areas, in stable neighborhoods. Ideally, I’d own properties that are liquid with an easy exit. I’m pretty conservative and not looking for a get-rich-quick path to real estate success.
I’d appreciate any pointers/resources that could help me.
To the veterans in the house, what advice do you wish you had been given when you started real estate investing?
