Long time AK investor making magic happen!

Kevin Cross here. Born and raised in Alaska, going 42 years strong. I've been investing in real estate for decades and currently own rentals and rehab/flip several properties a year. I was 2012 President of the Anchorage Board of Realtors, current President of the Real Estate Exchange (REX) and I own Foundations Real Estate Experts of Keller Williams. I love making money flipping houses and owning rentals. It's the ultimate feeling of controlling my destination. 

There are way too many salesmen in the real estate industry and not enough people who know not only know how to do it, but are doing it. And have the basic understanding of how to actually do the work. After all, if they've never torn apart an old shower and had to rebuild rotten studs and put in tile, or dealt with a problem tenant, are they the best people to get advice from on rentals and rehab??

There is very little the the real estate industry that I haven't experienced. Every year I do more business, own more real estate and flip more homes. Every day I'm learning something new. My goal is to have $15,000 a month in passive real estate income and also rehab/flip 8 to 12 properties a year.
