Hello from sunny Florida,

I am actively engaged in a solid career as an IT support manager at a fast moving medical services company and at this point in my life its time to start thinking about the next big thing. I have previously had my own business adventures and that voice is calling me back to the table and I have always been interested in the housing market. My primary goal is to just get started. Looking to either flip or buy and hold for the long run.

So far this looks to be a fantastic community of dare I say adults? LOL

But regardless, I just look forward to engaging in the vast amount of information available, meeting people with the same interests and folding in more chaos into my already active lifestyle. Here's to getting the ball rolling!
