Hello My name is David and I have been renting for almost a year, and I now see how wasteful it is. I sold mortgages for a a while and still have my NMLS, but I am currently a project manager in Jersey City. I am eager to take advantage of the fact that fully capable people my age are disinterested in owning and would much rather rent. I have convinced a couple like minded friends from college that also see the value in educating ourselves in real estate. Interested in learning about starting LLCs, LLPs, and building relationships with successful real estate agents nearby colleges in the North NJ area.
