Hello, My name Tangie and I just joined to learn more about real estate investing and ways to increase my network and to leave a solid legacy for my kids.  I moved to GA in Jan after my husband retired from the military.  I am also a retiree myself, but now a stay at home mom.  For years I have been interested in real estate, but never had the courage or knowledge to get into the game.  I have purchased a couple houses that I used at primary residences and currently one is a rental property.  I've recently learned about wholesaling and I am very interested in making that my starting point due to financial constraints.  I look forward to learning a lots of tips and tricks from the professional on this site.
