Hello!
Good afternoon! I am new to BiggerPockets.com. I am 38. I am married with 4 children whom we homeschool. We currently live just outside of Charleston, SC in Summerville. I currently work as a Manager with The Boeing Company, building the 787 Dreamliner. I have been in the aerospace industry for 18 years and I am ready for a change. Chasing the paycheck every week is no longer fun. I am looking to get some help starting in real estate investing. i would love to start off with low income mobile homes or houses that can easily be repaired and rented.
