Greetings. Active duty Air Force officer moving to Las Vegas at the beginning of the year. I just entered escrow on a property in N. Las Vegas that I intend to live in for the time being but may get moved to Japan shortly after arriving (turning it into a rental property then). I'm getting very interested in REI as I've financially positioned myself in a good place during my one year in the Middle East.
