I have been a commercial real estate tenant advisor in the office market in LA for 25years.   I have also represented buyers and sellers of office and industrial property.

Personally, I have been a first trust deed investor for 20 years, with varying focus.

I also invest in syndications of apartment buildings.

I am looking to make a transition into building my own group of investors to purchase hard money loans and am looking to network with people who originate 55%LTV non owner occupied loans
