Hello, I'm a new member who was gotten into real estate as a bit of an accident.  I've changed jobs a few times and have ended up with a couple of rentals due to not wanting to take a loss on selling my homes.  I'd like to learn a bit more about real estate investing to see if it would be something I'd enjoy long term.
