Very new/part-time investor looking to buy and hold and/or House Hack in the 78108/78154 zip.

Currently own one rental and would like to House Hack to my next and turn my current home into a rental. Open to jumping on a great deal if I come across one, but not looking to buy just to buy. 

Preforeclosure & Creative financing even better ^_^
