Hi everyone, I'm an experienced investor looking to exchange information with like-minded people. I invest in distressed real estate, corporate bonds and various stocks. My latest project is a distressed SFH. It needs a full rehab. I'm starting on it next week. I hope it works out. :)

Thanks Hans!  I'm glad to be here.  Over the years, I've found real estate investing is very market dependent.  One strategy that works in one geographical area is useless in another.  I'm not familiar at all with European markets but I wish you luck in all your endeavors.
