Hello,

My name is Van Flowers. My wife and I are new real estate investors in the south suburbs of Chicago.  I have attended some real estate investing classes and I became intrigued about the opportunity to get into this business. I believe it is a way for me and my family to obtain financial freedom and to leave a legacy for our children. For over 20 years I have been in the retail sales industry.  I plan to utilize my years of experience in sales to negotiate deals with other investors. I want to meet people who would be willing to share their experiences and success with me. As I grow and learn, I will share with others my experiences.
