I am not new to purchasing real estate but am new to real estate investing.  I have purchased and sold 4 home in the past few 10 years.  My mission is to fund my retirement and acquire wealth for me and my 11 year old daughter.  I have been in consulting and sales for almost 20 years and ready to make the transition to real estate investing.

I have much to learn in the area of finding funding.
