Hello everyone,

   I'm Nathan and I have been interested in real estate since back in my high school years so at least 9 years now.  I recently graduated from school and can finally focus on my wants and needs which is pretty nice to be honest.  I'm a strong believer in the idea that you can do whatever you put your mind to since over the years I have done many things I never thought were possible for myself. 

   I had purchased my first property back in 2010, it was a foreclosure and all I wanted was a stable home to come to between school terms.  I just recently purchased another place to move into and plan to finish up my old house as a rental so I'll be utilizing this site to get me through that process for sure.

   I stumbled across this site a few years ago but never actually checked it out or knew what it was all about until very recently.  I would look up real estate ideas or how to information and would find well written articles with the biggerpocket  name on them.  Then the other day I remembered an article I had read about foreclosures and remembered coming across biggerpockets a few times in various articles and decided to see what the site was all about. I'm sure glad I did, it's totally packed with information, experience, and questions with answers I've been wondering about for a long time.  I look forward to growing with this site as time goes by but wish I had joined a few years earlier.
