Hello All,

I am new to BP and learning about real estate investing.  I live in Austin and I plan on starting with buy and hold SF homes.  I have been reading a lot here and in books, webinars and podcasts and I am ready to begin. I am looking for and investor friendly agent who is familiar with the north part of Austin as well as the northern suburbs.   I am also interested in any meetup groups up north.  Cheers!
