Hello,

I have been a Realtor for decades and currently hold real estate licenses in California and Nevada. However, now that my family no longer needs my financial support, I am doing what I love best - writing. In the past, I have bought, sold and held properties and helped many investors do the same. Flipping houses is a lot of fun; don't you agree?
