I am new to real estate investing and trying to learn the ropes.  The only real estate experience I have is the purchase of 2 homes both of which were primary residences.  I have joined a meet up group where I'm meeting other investors, real estate agents and lenders.  I'm taking real estate investment training courses and reading everything I can get my hands on.  I am open to both residential and commercial real estate investments. I'm looking for opportunities both in California and outside of California.  I heard from another investor that Bigger Pockets was a treasure trove of knowledge.  I'm excited to be joining.
