Hello Everyone!

First of all I want to say how awesome this site is. I've never found a site with such a broad depth of topics and genuinely nice people willing to help each other out.

A little bit about me: 

I am originally from Kingston, NY and I recently graduated from Quinnipiac University in May. After graduation I immediately took a job as an real estate analyst for a small firm in New York City. I am hoping to learn the ropes rather quickly so I can start investing on my own in my free time. Ultimately I would like to begin acquiring, rehabbing and developing a multifamily portfolio in the the New York/Tri-State area. I am interested in learning as much as I can about residential acquisition and development so that I can begin utilizing these skills and ultimately have bigger pockets...
