Hello BP Community!

I am a young professional looking to acquire a multi family property in Seattle.  I'd like to take a swing at being a landlord and would love to chat with someone who has already gone through the process.  My goal is to live in one unit while renting out the other(s).  Potentially do a vacation rental.
