My name is Tim, I'm 21 and I work full time making decent money.  I have recently acquired a small obsession with researching real estate and have a goal to invest in real estate throughout my young years.  I have absolutely no idea where to start or how to apply the knowledge I'm learning from books and online courses j take for real estate.  I'm hoping that in the next 5 years or sooner I will get the experience of having invested in real estate in my local community.
