Hello BP! My name is James and I'm new to real estate investing. My background is in Digital Marketing and Graphic Design, but I've been educating myself over the past few months in preparation to break into the REI industry. My goals are to flip several properties and build capital, then get into buy and hold to generate passive income through cash flow. Currently, I've been focusing on the Dundalk area in Baltimore County. I'm currently seeking to build my professional network and get my first property under contract.
