Hi, I (we, my wife and I) have been landlording since 2011.  Converted primary home to rent, hoo-boy that was a big job.  Converted my wife's home to rent a couple years ago.  Both doing well now.  

Love the knowledge base of Bigger Pockets.  Keep trying to understand how to evaluate the worthiness of these and possible additional acquisitions.
