Hello everybody. My name is Joey Neata and I recently got into the real estate business. I bought my first duplex just a few months ago at age 22, and I'm currently renting one side and living for free on the other side. My dad told me it's the best way to start. My long term goal is to be retired in my 40s with several rental properties. It's going to be a lot of hard work but the reward is worth it.
