Hello All,

I have been a regular listener of the podcast. I started investing in real estate about 2 years ago - I have a few rental units in Midrand and Northriding in Johannesburg. 

So far the journey has been great - I have been able to purchase units well under market value and they all provide positive cash flow from day 1.

I do not belong to an investment club - that is why I joined BP forums - to connect with people that also invests in the Gauteng area.
