Hello everyone, I'm fairly new to real estate investing and looking to learn and network. I'd like to rehab and wholesale right now, maybe buy and holds in the future. The area I'm working in is the eastern suburbs of Pittsburgh (eastern Allegheny County and western Westmoreland County).
