I have a duplex, rent the upstairs & live downstairs

Hi, nice to make your acquaintance.

I'm a retired business owner. I fixed up the upper level apartment in my duplex and I'm renting it out. It works for me,  I am free to do some things I've always wanted to do - painting, gardening, etc. A simple existence but I really like it this way.

I share an entryway with my renters, we both have our own private entrance from the main entryway. Both units are two bedroom, with living room, bath, kitchen.
