The new kid on the block

Hello all. I've read all about real estate flipping, land lording, wholessale, etc. I figured now is the time to jump into the pool. I'm interested in finding properties in bergen county, NJ and the bronx, ny. I'd like to try flipping  single family homes with a fall back plan to be a landlord.

My plan is to stop living from paycheck to paycheck. I think getting into real estate would be better than stocks. I know there are risks in real estate, but it's less volatile than the stock market. With the right team in place, I know I can succeed.

I joined this site to gain more knowledge in this field and possibly make new connections through networking. I'm eager to learn, succeed, and rebound if I fail.

Thank you...and I plan to share my stories as I progress

Jason
