Hello BP! My name is Justin Schulte. I am a Realtor in Cape Coral, Florida and new to the BP community. Looking for good properties in the area. Intetested in flip and buy&hold deals. I would love to do a BP local meet-up here in beautiful Southwest Florida. Can anyone tell me if any have been done or how to organize one?
