Hello Everyone!  Glad to be here.  I'm very interested in learning to fix and sell properties in the area.  Have been in construction for 25 years and love to fix up houses.  Currently have one rental that was inherited and now I want to get out of the rat race and start working on doing this with my business.  I have been in business for 25 years and have always wanted to do this but never acted it on it.  Hopefully this will be a good start for me being here, I couldn't seem to go to this webinars on doing this because I feel they just want to take your money and you never really learn what you need to learn to get this started.
