I'm fairly young (19 years of age) and have decided to dedicate myself to real estate, specifically in wholesaling and rehabbing later on. I am focusing on the educational aspect right now and trying to learn from other wholesalers who are killing it. Eventually I want to the automate the business, HOWEVER, I know for a fact that I MUST WORK MY BUTT OFF, which is what I'm trying to do!
