Hello everyone!  I just found out about Bigger Pockets website when I was looking for information about a "Guru" Marko Rubel...Wondered about his reputation for delivering what he talks about in his webinars...I appreciate all the comments some of the members had on the site...

I am an experienced Investor in Real Estate, but for years I've only done buy and hold. I do have a small portfolio of rentals around the country but since I had a full time job, I never had an opportunity to learn the other aspects of Real Estate.  I'm currently enrolled with On Line Trading Academy in their Real Estate Wholesaler course.  Thought that might be a good place to get back into active real estate...

Glad I found this site and I look forward to being able to learn as much as I can about other investments in Real Estate.  Patrick Brennan
