New Investor in PA

Hello everyone,

The first thing I want to say is, I think this site is awesome!  We have such a wealth of knowledge, information, and experience at our fingertips.  I'm looking to get really involved in the community here so if anyone wants to hit me up for anything at all, please feel free!  Especially if you are also an investor in PA, I wouldn't mind teaming up at all.  I'm hoping to close on my first multi-family residential investment property by the end of this year.  So, I'll definitely be asking a bunch of questions so I don't misstep throughout the process.  Thanks in advance for your help, guys!
