My name is Kam. My wife and I are interested in learning as much as we can about house flipping. We have 2 rental properties but have never flipped any real estate before. We are conservative and like anyone, do not want to rush into a big mistake. 

We want to learn from the people who have done a few flips in VA. So that we can minimize our mistakes.
