New member in the Edmonds WA area

Hey Everyone, Nate here. I am from Edmonds WA and eager to learn all I can about real estate investing. My family has been in real estate renovating for fix and flips as well as renting out property. I am eager to meet new folks and learn from anyone willing to tell me about their experiences. Currently I am a property manager for friends and family who own rental properties. I also own a junk removal company. I have helped homeowners, real estate agents, and other investors get their properties free of junk. I stumbled upon Bigger Pockets by asking real estate questions on google. After seeing all the knowledgeable posts and comments I decided this would be a great place to start learning.
